The "tedious" energy certification is represented by the legislation. Post some links where you can find the text of the legislation in force:
- The coordinated text of Law 192/05 with changes written in red made by the Legislative Decree 311/06, can be found here
- The European directive gave the green building certification for energy is here
- The "old" Law 10/91 which was already introduced in 1991 the concept of energy performance certificate but was never actually realized.
