'purchase certificate: practical guide and dell'Adiconsum consoglio Norat of the energy certification

"Notaries and consumer associations have given rise to sixth Guide to Citizen" Certificate Purchase: feasibility, safety and energy efficiency of buildings ", confirming the stable and well-established collaboration for the benefit of the community.
buildings Buy "certified" in terms of sanitation, safety and energy conservation is increasingly important from the standpoint of economic and social development.
Energy efficiency in the home, particularly in its management, air conditioning, hot water, generally in its consumption, can help preserve the environment while allowing a significant savings. Europe first and then the national legislature, have resulted in legislation concerning the regulation of buildings. The certification lets you know the quality of a property to buy and the expense you will incur for energy management.
Thus, already at the conclusion of the preliminary stage, an aspect that deserves attention and that is often ignored is that relating to the documentation to be delivered by the seller.
It should indicate specific aspects sull'agibilità, plant safety and energy certification in order for a more complete assessment of the property and, therefore, of adequate protection for the buyer. The sixth Citizen's Guide, like the other guides in this series, can be obtained from the National Council of Notaries and the twelve consumer associations that have participated in its construction and is available on their websites. Coming new EU directive on energy efficiency and centificazione

In short:
  • triggers an obligation to indicate in advertisements selling the consumption of the building;

Il fabbisogno energetico medio buildings and '300KWh/m2 of the year against 200 in Germany and 60 in Sweden.'' The energy consumption of buildings is approximately 30% of the final''consumed in Italy and this energy can be traced back 28% of national CO2 emissions.'' Among the measures contained in the new directive there 'the deadline of June 30, 2014 which prohibits Member States to provide incentives for the construction or renovation of buildings which do not comply with minimum energy performance, an indication to States to develop national plans which set targets for energy-efficient buildings and use of renewable energy, the obligation for Member States to notify each three years, from June 30, 2011, the results they obtained. ''We must prepare now - ends Ronchi - to implement the Directive to make more 'efficient and our real estate assets to boost the construction industry.''
