Order Incentives - Clarification on Class A and B
With the decree incentives need to be careful during the purchase that is not in all regions of the houses will be encouraged in class A and B. .. in some regions can be part of incentives, including homes with other energy classes such as C or A + at the national level ... How to apply for the incentive for homes to low-power (class A and B)
Alcuni punti chiave per la richiesta dell'incentivo:
1) Il preliminare d'acquisto dell'immobile deve essere successivo al 06 Aprile 2010;
2) L'acquirente deve farsi dare dal costruttore l'attestato di certificazione energetica dell'immobile;
3) Entro 20 giorni dalla data di stipula del contratto definitivo di vendita, il costruttore/venditore dell'immobile effettua la prenotazione degli incentivi;
4) Entro 45 giorni passati dalla stipula the only final, the buyer sends the following documents to the Italian Post Office:
- Claim (downloadable from this site Incentives
2010 - Copy of the identity of the buyer
- Tax Code buyer
- Data bank of 'buyer
- Copy of contract of sale which must contain an indication of the incentive.

Decree Incentives
E' came into force on April 6, 2010 the Decree of incentives that allows you to receive contributions for the purchase of newly constructed homes certified Class B and A (actually to be understood in class B buildings with energy performance index Epi \u0026lt;0.7 EPI limit for Class A and EPI \u0026lt;0.5 Epi limit). The contribution is 83 euro per sq m with a maximum of € 5000 for homes in Class B and 116 euro per square meter for houses in Class A.
