3) For new construction falls the obligation to verify that the transmittances TEMIC building structures do not differ by more than 30% of the thresholds and the overall yield installation; remains the obligation of verifying the demand for primary energy for space heating EPCI;
4) For new development imposes the requirement of verification of requirements primary energy for summer cooling of the building "Epe, INVOL. This index should not exceed those specified in the decree;
5) is prohibited in buildings with more than 4 units and for those with greater power to 100 kW, the transition from centralized system to an autonomous system;
6) In the case of renovation of buildings with more than 4 units is the introduction of compulsory metering and temperature control for all your unit housing (unless blocked);
7) In the case of new construction or renovations where are installed generators fueled by biomass, can not be verified 'EPCI but different transmittance values \u200b\u200bof the structures that make building envelope;
8) is introduced the obligation to treat the water with softeners or chemical treatments for air conditioning systems with hardness greater than 25 ° French (in case of absence of production of domestic hot water) and greater than 15 ° French (in the presence of production acs);
9) For public buildings, new construction or renovation, the limits are more stringent transmittance of 10% and the yield limit of the system should be calculated with another formula;
10) Duty to central plant heating and summer (if any) for government buildings;
